Sabina Figarska

Director, Head of Brand Communications Practice

Sabina has over 25 years of experience in professional communications. She has extensive expertise in both brand and corporate PR, is a respected crisis communication advisor, and leads the agency’s media and crisis training team.

She combines strategic thinking with creativity. She stays on top of communication trends and the dynamic changes in clients’ environments. Her focus is on flexibility, timing, and continuously building her team’s skills, especially using new tools and channels in the digital era.

Sabina joined Solski Communications at the time of the agency’s founding in 2008 and has led the Brand Communications Practice since 2009.

Since then, she has co-developed and implemented communication strategies and conducted media and crisis training for dozens of agency clients across various industries, including companies such as: Auchan, Amazon, Alpro, AstraZeneca, Bel, Britax-Romer, B/S/H, Burger King, Colgate-Palmolive, Develey, Dior, Dilmah, e-commerce services, FORTE, Grycan, Gaggenau, Hotel Bristol – The Luxury Collection, Indesit, KFC, Lavazza, Mastercard, Pizza Hut, Roca, and SMYK.

Sabina is also a recognized PR expert at IAB Poland. She is a co-author of strategic publications and a member of IAB working groups on Public Relations and AI.
