Another distinction for Solski Communications from the Media i Marketing Polska magazine

At the end of August 2025, trade magazine Media i Marketing Polska (mmponline.pl) awarded our agency with a special distinction for its reputation, financial performance, and high scores in the annual client satisfaction survey for public relations agencies.

This is the third distinction for Solski Communications in the six editions of the survey in which we have participated – the editors also recognized us in 2021 and 2022.

In this year’s survey, across 18 categories rated on a 1–5 scale, we achieved an average score of 4,53. This result is particularly meaningful given that more than half of our long-term clients took part in the survey.

Our clients gave us the highest marks in the following categories:

  • Adheres to professional ethics – average scorefrom 12 clients: 5,0
  • Strives to understand the client’sorganizational policy and culture – from 11 clients: 4,9
  • Provides professional training for employees inbrand and corporate communication principles – 4,9
  • Satisfaction with client service standards – 4,8
  • Understands the client’s business,product/service category, and market situation in their industry – 4,8
  • Responds efficiently to emerging risks that maylead to crisis situations – 4,8
  • Provides clear and detailed information on howthe client’s budget is spent – 4,6

The survey was conducted by an independent research agency using an online questionnaire, with a slightly modified methodology compared to previous editions.
