Poland’s marketing industry media has again given Solski Communications their special distinction.
Editors gave the following reasons for granting this award to us:
“For years, it has been invariably one of the best-rated PR agencies in our customer satisfaction survey prepared together with Kantar. And so it is this year. When we take a closer look, it has a loyal group of regular customers, a stable team, and good financial results. Once we wrote about it as a boutique agency, today we will call it a “tailor made” agency, and everything that comes out of it has a quality stamp. This is the merit of Ryszard Solski, the owner and managing director, and an excellent, harmonious team.”
The survey, based on which “Media i Marketing Polska” gave special distinction to Solski Communications, was conducted by the reputable research firm Kantar through telephone interviews with clients of 22 PR consultancies, with replies from at least five clients per agency. Solski Communications received marks from eight, or half, of its retained clients.
In this survey, Solski Communications received one of the highest marks, just like in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In six general categories on a scale of 1-5, Solski Communications scored a mean result of 4.82 (4.80 in 2021), with the category “Customer Service Standards” getting the company a unanimous mark of 5.0. In 12 detailed categories, on a scale of 1-6, Solski Communications received a mean result of 5.475, with the highest mark of 6.0 in category “Observes professional ethics”, and 5.8 in categories: “Makes efforts to understand the client’s policy and work culture”, “Understands the client’s business, its product/service category and the market situation in the client’s industry”, and ”The services are worth the fee paid by the client”. It’s worth mentioning that the mark in the category „Offers a comprehensive service in the digital area” has grown to 5.4 from 4.9 in 2021, which is likely the result of our expanded services in regard to social media.
